Also any other intellectual property law that applies.

Use of this, or any associated, website implies that you agree to and also acknowledge that all title/interest rights, along with 3rd party licensors and/or any affiliates, are vested with PGA.

You may not download, steal, use, publish, copy and/or distribute this material for any purpose without PGA's consent. If you do through unauthorised means reproduce, take content for your own purposes or to sell or for any unlawful purpose, legal action may be taken against you.

PGA will not be held responsible for any damage you may experience to your computer equipment or device that you may use to access any of PGA's websites or apps. Furthermore, as PGA is reliant on 3rd parties to facilitate the services we provide, e.g. URL hosting, internet connections etc, interruptions may sometimes occur and cause delays in updating profiles or the site being made unavailable. To the extent as provided for under Australian law, PGA and its principals, staff, agents (including any contractors and/or consultants) shall not be held accountable or responsible for any damages or losses that you may incur as a result of an action undertaken by a 3rd party.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

In relation to advertising on PGA, we reserve the right to refuse any person or entity wishing to advertise with us. Furthermore, you also assign all your rights, interests, titles and copyright in your information content as supplied by you to PGA for purposes of advertising, promoting all your services and images/videos on all or any of PGA websites or social media accounts belonging to PGA for that express purpose.

You acknowledge that PGA has the express permission and rights to suspend or delete your account on any of our websites at any given time and for any given reason, without notice and any monies for compensating time periods may not be refundable. If you breach these T&C's, PGA may pursue legal action against you for damages.

You also acknowledge and agree that if we terminate or suspend your account for whatever reasons and not withstanding false advertising, illegal content, copyright content to another, complaints from consumers, and reasons relating to and being fair and justifiable by PGA, you indemnify PGA against any legal action.

Furthermore, if you wish us to remove any content relating to you, that PGA will endeavour to do its best to remove any or all part thereof requested within 24 to 48 hours and that no content, images or videos shall be given or sold to any other 3rd party or other business or person, without your direct permission to PGA.
